CoreStone Tiling Group Pty Ltd provides specialist wall and floor tiling for builders, project teams and homeowners across South East Queensland.
Who we are
CoreStone Tiling Group Pty Ltd (ABN 19 697 011 742) is a Brisbane-based tiling company serving South East Queensland — including Brisbane, Logan, Ipswich and the Gold Coast.
A team of 17 tilers across South East Queensland.
We deliver wall and floor tiling for two kinds of clients: builders and project teams who need programme-aware trade support, and homeowners planning new homes or defined tiling scopes in existing homes.
What defines the work is not claims — it is set-out, alignment, junctions, edges and finishes that hold up to close inspection.
Company history and team experience — stated separately
CoreStone is a Queensland company building its local delivery record. 90+ projects — team experience completed prior to CoreStone Group Pty Ltd’s incorporation.
Experience held by individual team members — gained on projects before or outside CoreStone’s direct company delivery — is always labelled Team Experience, and work performed under another contractor is labelled Subcontract Delivery.
We do not present team experience as company-delivered work. Every project record on this site carries its relationship category, and the definitions are published on our Project Attribution page.

We treat every job the same way, whether it’s a small residential repair or a large commercial fit-out: clear communication, realistic programme commitments, and no surprises.
We’re not chasing one-off jobs. Our goal is to become a builder’s ongoing tiling partner — someone they call for the next project, and the one after that.

How we work, in practice
- Set-out first. Layouts are planned before the first tile is laid — focal points, cuts and junctions decided up front.
- Programme-aware. We align with the builder’s schedule and flag risks early, not at handover.
- Straight communication. Quick responses, honest answers, no surprises.
- Honest attribution. We credit the teams who make the work happen.

Certificate III in Wall and Floor Tiling
Held by Mohammad Jafari — trade qualification, not a contractor licence.
QBCC Licensing: In Progress
Based in Brisbane, Queensland; serving Brisbane, Logan, Ipswich and the Gold Coast. Sunshine Coast projects considered based on scope and programme.
